Office 2013 Apps

My Apps is a new feature in Office 2013 that allows you to add more functionality to Office 2013 products and are free or low cost. (Not available in Office 2011 for Mac).

To add the apps
  1. From a Word 2013 document, select the Insert tab and click on the Store icon.
  2. Type in the name of the app and press the Enter key.
  3. Click on the Trust It button.

To use the apps
  1. From a Word 2013 document, click the Insert tab.
  2. Click on the drop down arrow by the My Apps options.
  3. Click on the desired app.

Read My Document

Pro Word Cloud
prowordcloud.JPGPro Word Cloud is similar to and is a great way to visualize text. It gives prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text.
